Everyone at a New Grounds table should feel welcome and safe. During the pilot we ask every guest to:

• Be kind and respectful, and let everyone have a turn to talk.
• Never harass anyone or make unwanted romantic or sexual advances.
• Never discriminate against anyone or use hateful language.
• Don't sell products, recruit for businesses or hand out promotions.
• Respect privacy: only share someone's details or photos with their permission.
• Treat café staff and other customers well.
